Koba, LLC is a company based in Miami, USA, founded by a group of entrepreneurs with the purpose of developing different business retail formats in Latin America. We work with a multicultural group of entrepreneurs and investors that give us the flexibility to develop new business models that were successful in other countries and that can be adapted to the identity and needs of Latin America.

We are looking for a Sales Area Manager or Regional Verkaufsleiter  who has at least 3 years experience with Hard Discount Chains in Germany. Ideally, the candidate has been in charge of opening new stores, hiring and training new personnel, planning the layout of the stores, etc. The candidate will be also a member of our management team and will have the chance to manage a whole region in less than two years.

It must be a very detailed and disciplined oriented person and have very good organization skills. English is a must, knowledge of Spanish will be an advantage, but someone who is motivated to learn the language is very much welcomed.
